1. The app

Rota Planner Pro helps you plan shifts, leave and pay. Hours, pay, leave and health figures are estimates based on what you enter. They are not legal, payroll or medical advice. Always check official figures with your employer.

2. Free version and Pro

The free version shows ads. Rota Planner Pro removes ads and unlocks extra features. It is offered as:

• Monthly or Yearly subscription. Both may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. After the trial, the subscription is charged to your Google Play account and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
• Lifetime: one payment, no renewal and no trial.

Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play in your local currency.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

4. Your data

Your rota is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Pro includes backup files). See our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
